Lodge Cast Iron Marketing Department

We had the pleasure of completing out the new marketing department build outat Lodge Cast Iron located adjacent to the Lodge Museum we completed a few years back. Expertly designed by River Street Architecture, this space is one of the most unique we’ve done.
CFC Headquarters

We are thrilled to have worked on the new Chattanooga FC headquarters, which is located at the site of the old emissions building on Riverfront Parkway. Projects like this don’t come around very often and we are excited to be part of the team that executed this amazing vision.
Cape of Africa Expansion | Chattanooga Zoo

Without a doubt one of the coolest projects Modus has been given the opportunity to work on. These new exhibits include a new warthog, porcupine and serval enclosures as well as a greatly expanded giraffe yard. This has been a tremendous team effort under the guidance of the Zoo Staff.

We are proud to be a part of bringing a BeCaffeinated location to North Georgia. This location serves residents of NW GA & Chattanooga as they travel down Rossville Blvd & Chickamauga Ave, one of the busiest intersections in the State of GA
Parkside Event Hall

Located on Chattanooga’s Southside, Parkside Event Hall is a multi-purpose event space — designed by Tinker Ma to be as timeless as it is elegant.
Chestnut Hall At The Commons

Designed by HK Architects, this is an amazing support space for The Commons cultural & recreational center in the City of Collegedale.
TPC Printing & Packaging

Operating in Chattanooga, Tennessee for nearly a century, we partnered with TPC to expand their global headquarters, printing & packaging facility.

BCBS PAvilion

We partnered with BCBC of Tennessee to build a pavilion for employees to gather, collaborate + relax at their Chattanooga, Tennessee corporate office.

Ken Garner Manufacturing

We partnered with Ken Garner Manufacturing to provide new and innovative space for their expanding operations specializing in steel fabrication and heavy equipment components.
TEL Headquarters

We recently completed the TEL corporate headquarters renovation. This project included the transformation of 30,000 sf of existing area into class A office space, an expanded break room, new conference and training areas.
