We are thrilled to have worked on the new Chattanooga FC headquarters, which is located at the site of the old emissions building on Riverfront Parkway. Projects like this don’t come around very often and we are excited to be part of the team that executed this amazing vision.

Located on Chattanooga’s Southside, Parkside Event Hall is a multi-purpose event space — designed by Tinker Ma to be as timeless as it is elegant.

We had the pleasure of completing out the new marketing department build outat Lodge Cast Iron located adjacent to the Lodge Museum we completed a few years back. Expertly designed by River Street Architecture, this space is one of the most unique we’ve done.

Signal Centers fosters lifelong independence for children, adults & families, focusing on disabilities, early childhood education & self sufficiency. Special thanks to the entire Signal Centers team for giving Modus thie opportunity to bring their pavilion to life.
