We helped transform this former multi-use space into a collaborative, modernized office that serves as the hub for one of Chattanooga’s leaders in logistics.

The new and improved Chattanooga Christian School Fine Arts Center expansion includes a brand new state of the art sound and lighting system, and added over 100 seats to the existing theatre, increasing its capacity by over 20 percent.

Modus is proud to have played a small role in bringing the amazing Erlanger Park baseball stadium to life with the construction of the Foundries District Site Entrance. Located at the old Wheland Foundry site, the new site entrance to the stadium site runs through the old Valve & Hydrant building where most of Chattanooga’s fire hydrants were made.

We had the pleasure of completing out the new marketing department build outat Lodge Cast Iron located adjacent to the Lodge Museum we completed a few years back. Expertly designed by River Street Architecture, this space is one of the most unique we’ve done.

We partnered with Amada Restaurant to create a restaurant space with a distinct culture and an inviting atmosphere — a place where employees & patrons are welcomed as family.

We collaborated with Covenant Logistics to transform their main headquarters lobby — Creating a welcoming, yet elevated, space that embodies Covenant’s culture.
